Upgrade Your Party by Renting Our Outdoor Pavilion!


Consider holding your wedding, birthday party, family reunion,  corporate picnic, fundraiser, or other event at our outdoor Pavilion.

Currently we are accepting reservations for 2025
 
Our spacious Pavilion is 30 feet by 40 feet with a  cedar floor and ceiling. The maximum capacity of the pavilion is 100 people and 150 with the surrounding lawn area. The pavilion seats approximately 75 for dinner with a small dance floor or bar area and 100 people for a reception. The pavilion is equipped with 2 upper outlets with string lighting, 2 ceiling fans and 4 lower outlets.  Included is use of the immediate lawn/meadow area along with a designated field parking area.

Pavilion Rental Rules (Download User Agreement for full details)

User, User’s guests, and all vendors must abide by the rental rules listed below. Rule violations may result in the loss of your security deposit. Violations may also affect vendors and their ability to return for future events at the Snipes farm. Users and their representatives must receive the SFEC Event Coordinator’s final approval of the rental venue’s condition before leaving at the conclusion of the event.
 

Please follow these rules as a courtesy to other visitors and to protect Snipes Farm’s visitors, employees, animals, and native plants:


1.  No dogs or other pets are allowed with the exception of leashed service dogs.
2.  During the party, you and your guests should remain within the immediate Pavilion area, which is defined as the area within 20 feet of the Pavilion and within walking distance of their parked cars.
3.  Smoking is not permitted anywhere on Snipes farm.
4. Open flames are prohibited. All flames (such as candles) must be contained in a vessel or protective structure. Grills are not provided but may be used outside of the Pavilion in the open air with caution and due care.
5.  Fireworks are prohibited.

6.  Bonfires are only permitted in designated areas and only when setup is overseen by Snipes personnel. An extra fee of $300 will be charged for the use of our bonfire pit.
7. Alcohol: Only Users with host liquor liability insurance coverage are permitted to have alcoholic beverages served on Snipes farm during the rental period.
8. Painting of any kind is not allowed in the Pavilion or the surrounding area.
9. Decorations are not to be stapled, screwed, nailed, or affixed in any way that would leave a lasting hole or mark of any kind on the Pavilion pillars or structure.
10. Setup & Cleanup: The user may use 30 minutes before the agreed upon rental period for setup and decorations. The user must complete breakdown and clean up within 30 minutes immediately following the agreed upon rental period.
