Maddi Martin

Madison Martin, a proud graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science and a Minor in Horticulture. During her time at Penn State, she interned with Dr. John Kaminski’s hemp research program, which focuses on researching the impacts of Botrytis on the morphological parameters of dual-purpose hemp. Additionally, she served as a research support assistant, providing technical assistance to Dr. Ruairidh Sawers and his research team’s maize genetics program. From a young age, Madison was actively involved in Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, participating in cleanup events, conservation efforts, and various volunteer work. For several years, she volunteered at Snipes Farm through Girl Scouts, supporting their efforts for Farmers Against Hunger. During her time at Snipes Farm, she gleaned and decontaminated apples for donation.
